Simply put, an Underwriter is the gavel swinger. They determine if a loan is approved or rejected and
under what terms. Our job is to ensure the underwriter sees your application in the most positive light.

The name speaks for itself… you will:

Review and sign all of your loan documents
Provide evidence of required homeowner’s insurance and inspections (if applicable)
Pay your down payment (if applicable), closing costs, prepaid interest, taxes, and insurance.

Then your lender will distribute the funds covering your home loan amount to the closing agent, and you can breath a sigh of relief, you’re done!
